Elmer is a sweet, sweet guy looking for his forever home.<\/p>\n

Elmer can walk on a leash, is crate trained, potty trained, dog, cat, \u00a0and kid friendly. His is neutered, has been vaccinated, dewormed, and is microchipped. He is about two years old. has been treated for\u00a0heartworms\u00a0a<\/a>nd has been given a clean bill of health.\u00a0He has a great temperament and is generally a happy go lucky guy. \u00a0He has had a rough start to his young life, \u00a0but he has a big big heart and just wants someone to love him. He is some kind of\u00a0adorable \u00a0rotty mix. He is not a large, tall dog like most rotty males, but he is no tea cup Yorkie either! He is a little under weight right now and will probably fill out to be around 50-60 lbs.<\/p>\n

Where did Elmer come from? Elmer is a street dog from the Elmwood neighborhood. Through a collaboration with an Elmwood dog lover, GDO has been able to help get Elmer off the streets and on the way to a new life.<\/p>\n
