Please feel free to contact us with any recommendations you have for competitively low cost vets that are willing to work with individual rescuers and animal lovers on a tight budget, and or people who\u00a0do not have the resources to provide for\u00a0their pets&#8217; basic veterinary\u00a0care.<\/p>\n<p>Please keep in mind that this list is not a list of GDO recommended services, rather a compilation of recommendations from the community. They provide pet food assistance to individuals with temporary loss of income and for the care of companion animals in emergency and crisis situations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For seniors&#8217; pets<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.seniorspets.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Seniors\u2019 Pets Assistance Network<\/a>\u00a0(SPAN)\u00a0The mission of the SPAN\u00a0is to serve the needs of\u00a0Dallas\u00a0County low-income seniors, 67 years and older with basic veterinary care and pet food.<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s a list of organizations pulled together by the American Dog Magazine.
