We’re running a little late with our update on Mini, but it’s time to move Mini to the success page! She was successfully treated for heartworms, has a clean bill of health, and her foster family fell in love and decided to make her a part of their forever family. Her new name is Lulu.
A big shout out to all who helped her – Matt and his family for picking her up, Dr May and Arapaho Road for temperament testing her and for getting her healthy and ready to be adopted, and to her foster family who stepped up to help care for her during her heartworm treatment. The family was looking for a new family dog, but regardless of whether or not Lulu turned out to be the right dog for them, they committed to giving her a safe, loving place to get well and become adoptable. As it turned out, she was the right fit and she is now living happily ever after. Tasha approves of her doggie sibling. Go Lulu!
